A Guestkey™ system offers peace of mind and confidence to your guests protecting both their privacy and belongings whilst staying away from home.

For guests' convenience, keys can be programmed for areas other than just a guest room, such as your health club, conference centre or simply adjoining rooms. Additionally, Guestkey™ can be configured to manage room temperature or even protect an entire suit with Guestkey™ approved infrared movement sensors.

Using the familiar Windows™ user interface, guest and staff keys can be issued or cancelled in moments and without having to visit a single room. If a key is misplaced, a new key can be re-issued, without the original.

Status keys enable real-time transfer of room status such as "Unoccupied" or "Cleaned" to reception who can advise guests on the current status of their room and maximize the number of available rooms as quickly as possible.

The Guestkey™ alarm suite is quick and easy to use and provides a real-time method of resolving security issues. At any time, data reports, including issuance of keys, current and historic room status and staff activity, can be produced, interrogated and analysed. This information can also be used to verify staff over-time and protect employees from wrongful accusations.

Guestkey™ optically deciphered laser keys are low cost, re-usable and virtually impossible to damage. These durable keys have an illuminating head that gives users a clear accepted or rejected signal.
